copy paste below
=SUM(--(IFERROR((chiffrage!$B$5:$B$9=suivi!B5)*(chiffrage!$E$5:$E$10=TRANSPOSE(ressource!$A$1:$A$5))*(chiffrage!$F$5:$F$10),0)))
then hold control and shift together and then hit enter now release all three keys and drag down
