Ranking Values

Hello

I'm trying to rank the prices provided given a certain item and display the top five prices. Additionally, I'd like to display the top five groups who provided the price. I've provided an excel sheet, the values that are highlighted in sheet 1 are what I'm trying to pull from sheet 2.
