I'm using data validation rule with criteria,
1) no duplicates
2) must be in the sequence above.
example :

5---invalid..

Your description does not describe your actual issue
At the same time, attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to make it clear what is needed. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are demonstrated, mock them up manually if needed. Remember to desensitize the data.
Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.

What exactly are you trying to achieve? I cannot see any formulae or data validation rules in your workbook.

perhaps, some like ;
Data Validation--Custom--Formula
=B5-B4=1
Jhon - select the input range and set custom validation to a formula: =B4-B3=1
Add your error message. This will prevent anyone from adding a number to the range that is more than one higher than the previous number entered.
