Massive match index: machinist calc table

I'M trying to make myself an automated calculator.

Basicly, I enter a few specs and a database on page 1 gives me back missing specs that are usually found by digging in datasheet.

I am simply amused how I cannot get the word ''carbide'' to not show up a match.

I have worked basicly 20 hours on this, still it doesnt work.

If somebody can repair this I'll gladly send this person 10$ via paypal, much work must be salvaged I pray to god.

So once I send 10$ somebody will help me ??

I don't wanna get just a tap on the back and a vague example in the hopes I pay more. I need to advance my work.

Your initial query is too vague. I looked at your workbook and couldn't fathom what you were trying to do. As far as I am aware, although there is a link here somewhere to paid services, whatever you get here on the forums will be for free.

Re: Massive match index: machinist calc table

    sorry, here

    better explained.

Basicly I am trying to automate the laborious work of going through datasheets in order to find specific info like feed/rate of a particular cutting tool. I will just make myself a huge

table and see matches when entering macro's.

In J3, There is a bit of logic in order to have the feed show up in same column for different types of tools, even tho they dont calculate the same.

For example, feed of endmill is dictated by number of teeth and advance per teeth. Feed when threading is dictated by 1 inch/thread, this happens when I specify a diameter.

Yes I did post in the commercial services forum with my purchased points, very nice feature.

I did not pay a individual, thx tho Fdibbins.

I'm actually getting to enjoy excel, I also do some pic microcontroller programming in my off time, but excel is so random like language.

I need this to work soon, I got a big homework coming up and lots to do. I don't wanna spend more than 2 minutes cataloguing.

Here is understandable version or my worksheet.
