need to search multiple cells for a value then display cell in column next to it

Hi- Im fairly new to using complex formulas in Excel, so I hope I can define my issue clearly:

I have a report that puts multiple tasks into column B (Monitoring, Project Management) that are associated with the correspondng region (in column A) assigned to do the task (US, EU, AP). I am trying to search this group for a given task (lets say monitoring) that may appear multiple times in column B and report on another sheet which groups go with that task (which there may be multiple). Problem is that the tasks may be listed by themselves (Monitoring) or with several tasks in the same cell (Monitoring; Project Management) and I need to only pull the region if they are assigned that specific task:


Column A
A1 SAN
A2 SYR
A3 AMER
A4 US
A5 EU


Column B
B1 CPU
B2 Bio; Project Management
B3 Imaging
B4 Monitoring
B5 Biostatistics; CSR Development; Data Management; Medical Affairs; Monitoring; Pharmacokinetics; Project Management; Protocol Development; Protocol Synopsis Development; TFL Development

how can I find and display in cell D that US and EU have Monitoring:

Sheet 2
Column C
C10 Monitoring

Column D
D10 US; EU

?????
