Need Help looking up 2 different tables to merge

I am trying to merge two different databases in the next week. The problem I am running into is the name from 1 databse isnt always the same on the other database.

I want to merge Database 1 with Database 2 and create a relationship with them both by using the database 2 internal #. Asyou can se in my table database 1 has similar names to database 2 but they are not exact. I want to match these names and have the formula on match tell me what the databse 2 internal # is. Any help is much appreciated. I have also uploaded a sample excel doc with a note in B2.

Azumi, thanks for that info. What you came up with def. seems like it will work with maybe a few tweaks. However, My database is about 9000 rows long and the names are now always side by side. I may have a store called Honda Hollywood and another store called Jim White Honda. They are different and when I implemented your formula it matched these two together. Any suggestions? If you like I can attach a larger spreadsheet showing my problem.
