ROW - I need to identify the row where 2 references match

Hi

I'm new to this and am struggling with what seems like an easy question. Please can someone help?

I am putting together Project resource reports which draw data from different external spread sheets (forecast and actual data). I need to identify the row that contains the right project code in column B and the right name in column D in the highlighted cell. I can then use this to do a Hlookup on the date columns to pull in the hours allocated for that resource to the project per week.

I have attached an example sheet. The first sheet is the results page and the second the source data and the highlighted cell where I need the row number to be captured.Row look up.xlsx

I have used the formula and in the wizard it says that the result is 10, but in the cell the number it is showing is 0...
