Sumproduct to count number of times multiple criteria are met across multiple spreadsheets

Hi everyone,

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I have been struggling with this project for quite some time now. The questions I am trying to answer are:

1. How many PM Projects of type "Purchase", with a Customer SREC Contract, located in Massachusetts, in Active status, and have an age greater than 200 do not have an associated SREC Registry Unit?

2. What is the sum of the system sizes of these systems?

The rules are:
USE ONLY IN-CELL FORMULAS. DO NOT USE ANY TASK BAR FUNCTIONS (TEXT TO COLUMNS, REMOVE DUPLICATES, ETC.)

Sumproduct may not be the best way to do this so any guidance would be great. I have been playing around with formulas using sumproduct and have not been successful.
