Good Afternoon,
Is it possible to bring back a set of data based on the top 10 results of a column? I am trying to avoid using a pivot table if at all possible.
Issue:
1. The attached file shows an example extract of a data extract that has thousands of lines. See the “Data” Tab.
2. I have 3 columns of figures.
3. I would like to bring back the top 10 results of each of these columns and they all populate different tables.
4. Therefore Top 10 (highest) time count for column BA, BB and BC
5. The “Report” tabs should be the output of these columns
6. Is it possible to only bring back the Top 10 results but also relevant row information? See the Report tabs for the information that I am after.
This report is forming a part of a larger report and all other formulas are already present so I am hoping to keep the file size quite small. The aim is to then hand this over to someone else to just print on a monthly basis depending on the data that gets added with minimum input.
Thank you so much,
Andrew
