IF Formula to take name of company and compare amounts to return a difference in amounts

I have 2 separate example spreadsheets on 2 different tabs. What formula can be used to take customer name from each tab and compare the amounts for the same company on each tab to return a difference if there is for both the Net amounts and gross amounts in columns D and E? Attached is a sample spreadsheet. Please let me know if I need to clarify what I am looking for.
