Convert Work Hours, Days or Work Week to Months

Hi,

Seeking function that will convert Work Hours, Days or Weeks to Months. Please see attachment.

I attempted to use the following but not getting the proper results:

{=MONTH(DATE(E15,1,MATCH(TRUE,WEEKNUM(DATE(E15,1,ROW(#REF!)),2)=E15,0)))}
