i'm trying to get user profile from column d using lookup function where the list of E_Name are in column c of username worksheet.
hope the above make sense.

Your help would be much appreciated.

Is UserNames a variable you've defined elsewhere, or is it the code name of the worksheet you want to do the Vlookup on?

UserNames is the name of the worksheet where I have a list of Usernames and profiles

Is it the codename or tab name?

If it's the tabname you'll need to use Worksheets("UserNames").
