Is there a way that I can set the conditional formatting feature to search for duplicate values per row rather than by column?

I haven't tried a formula I would normally just highlight the columns I want to conditional format and then go Conditional Formatting > Highlight Cells Rules > Duplicate Values > OK
but in this case I'm not wanting to apply by column but by rows. As with columns it searches all values within the row. I need the search to be specific by row.
it also works with your method - just select the row range you want and then
conditional format > Highlight Cells Rules > Duplicate Values > OK
ok, thanks.
