Replace date with value from specific cell

If a cell has a date in it (date payment received) I would like to replace it with the value of the payment received that is given in a different cell - how do I do it ?

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to make it clear what is needed. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are demonstrated, mock them up manually if needed. Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.

Spreadsheet attached - I've tried different methods but they haven't worked as the blank cells contain null strings which I haven't been able to remove so whichever function I've used they all return a value rather than just the ones I need.
