Stock movement columns monthly pulling

Want formula to go check data on sheet2 and plug stocks in respective columns of sheet1

Thus I need the formula on b2 that I will drag rightwards and downwards

Expected result 7 for the item 239.000.07 to go into JULY , 3 for item 239.000.08 for JULY and 1 for item 239.000.08 in august and -1.37 for item 239.000.09 in the month of july

Yes ALVIN this is it , I even use two of your exact answered as work files, the tile program that fetches data accordinging to Tile Size and Tile Surface and that one called repeat and new clients count
