Creating a chart from multiple drop downs.

I am trying to create a column chart that has two bars for each machine from the "Machines" worksheet. One for Total Downtime and one for total cost. This data would come from the "Time Down/min" column and the "Total" column. Being an Excel noob I'm not sure how to accomplish this considering these values are linked specifically to which machine is selected in the "Machine ID" Column. Thanks for any help
