Only Count Cells with Specified Cell Color without using VBA

I have to put together and submit multiple cost reports to our management on a monthly basis.

In my Cost Summary Report, I need a Non-VBA solution that will Match and Index (equation) its way through an SAP Raw Excel Report (export) of actual costs and retrieve only those cell value totals that will first (1st) align vertically with the matching WBS Element row and horizontally with the matching Actual Cost column titles, then secondly (2nd) for the equation to work I need it to only return each WBS Element and Actual Cost total value by its cell color (orange).

See the attached/linked excel example for further help and information.

PLEASE help if you know of any methods or equation that will enable me to only count these orange colored WBS total cells without the using VBA.

If it is not possible, please help me add a VBA code to my attached excel example that will work.

    Thank You!

SUMIF by Cell Data and Color Example.xlsx

    A non-VBA optopn would be...
    =SUMIF($B$10:$B$19,B4,$C$10:$C$19)/2
    1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
