i´m trying to make an emty cell (A4) to change color based on three dates (B4,C4,D4) and if there is a link to a document aktive in a cell (H4)

Do you mean if H4 contains a formula (i.e. is not empty)?
Do the dates have to be equal, or not equal, or before today's date, or after, or so many days old ... ???
What are the conditions?

I need one color when the first date is past "today" then new color when second date is past "today" and third date new color, then i want to leve the last color until a link is made in another cell to a Word dokument. I tried to write 4 condition rules but i could not make it work
