What is the formula for taking two times, and finding the minutes between them. E.g. 12:35 PM-12:28 PM=7. I know i can use (A1-A2)*1440, but is there an easier way? Thanks.

I'd say that's a pretty compact and easy way of doing it ...

You could also use just
=A1-A2
and custom format result cell as [m]
but be aware, if you do that, that the result will look the same.....but the underlying cell value is different (it's still a time value not an integer representing the number of minutes)
