I want AB1 to highlight red if date in S1 is not blank and N1 doesnt equal AA1. Is this possible?

Conditional Formatting
Highlight applicable range >>
AB1
Home Tab >> Styles >> Conditional Formatting
New Rule >> Use a formula to determine which cells to format
Edit the Rule Description: Format values where this formula is true:
=AND(S1 <> "",N1 <> AA1)
Format… [Number, Font, Border, Fill] - use Fill and Colour RED
choose the format you would like to apply when the condition is true
OK >> OK
