Hi All, I have a spreadsheet 2003, which calculates once a referral date has been entered, the dates for meetings needing to be held 10 and 30 working days after, the actual date is then entered and this calculates how many days it actual took and flags up over and under the date. this is all fine and sorted.
However I need a formula to calculate the following how many are still within the time scale allowed...
where column D has a location (ie basingstoke/hart/new forest) and Column J has the expected date of the meeting (arrived at by net working dates formula) and column L is blank (this is where the actual date the meeting takes place will go but will be blank until its known)
so I would need to know how many for say basingstoke (column D) is still under the expected date on the date I view the sheet (column J) and no date has been entered in column L (as obviously some will be met before the target date is due, so i can't just count any under todays date in column J as It would include ones that have met it)
on the data page all the data is collated I have a column (E for the 10 day meeting, and I for the 30 day meeting) which is to count ones still within the time scale.
Hope thats clear??? any help much appreciated - thanks
