not sure what your getting at but somthing like
=SUM(Sheet2!$C3:C3)
dragged across will give a running total

=SUMPRODUCT((C$2>=Sheet2!$C$2:$J$2)*(Sheet4!$B3=Sheet2!$B$3:$B$13)*Sheet2!$C$3:$J$13)
