    Formula help?? Perhaps =IF

    Hi all,

I don't know if this is even possible.... Sorry if it is not....

I have a drop down list in Column B, that drop down states either "Net" Or "Gross"

I was wondering if there is a forumla where is the option of "net" is selected than columns E,F,G automatically state N/A or possibly fill with a colour notifying the user that column is not needed?

    Cheers

    Hi,

You can use conditional formatting for this.

Select the E,F and G columns and put the formula in Conditional formating window as =($b1="Net")

    Hello,

I have taken all the data out and just made up one (if that's ok?)

So Basically if "net" is picked from column D, then I want to fill in RED columns H and I

    Thanks in advance
