HELP - Inventory Calculation Formula

This may be incredibly easy and I am just over working it but I am having some trouble developing a formula for this.

I want Sheet 1 to reflect the Product Name in A, Location of Product in B, and Current Stock of Product in C.

Column C is already loaded with the current stock of the items but on Sheet 2 I want to be able to track the items taken from inventory and have those changes reflected on Sheet 1.

I am working with about 10 items and I cannot figure out if I should use an "IF" function or how to really accomplish this. Is it possible?

I may need to provide more cell information for these to work because it keeps returning a value of zero to me with both formulas

SHEET 1 (Where I want all of the final information to be updated
A3 = Name of the first Item
C3 = Current stock of the item (This is what I would like to see change when items are taken)

SHEET 2
Column A = Names of item
Column B = Date Item Was Taken
Column C = Number of That Item Taken
