Need help converting Excel 2013 command into Excel 2010

Hello lovely people,

I've been using a spreadsheet for an online game to pull prices from the market and make some basic calculations with it.
I figured I'd share the spreadsheet with other members of the game, most of whom use Excel 2010, and every single one of them has reported the spreadsheet not working.

Basically, I am asking you guys to help me "convert" my Excel 2013 document in a working Excel 2010 document.

Spreadsheet 2013.xlsx (The Excel 2013 spreadsheet).
The command I am using to import the code is
=FILTERXML(WEBSERVICE(CONCATENATE(Sell_Swap,TypeID,B5)),"//sell/min")

Probably because this is a new command added to Excel 2013, I can't get it to work on 2010.
Could someone, please, rewrite this bit of code to get it working for Excel 2010?

It is a free 30-day trial, $39.95 to buy, and includes the new functions introduced in Excel 2013, along with a bunch of others.

The reason I want to be able to just have it in the spreadsheet, is because I share the spreadsheet with other people. I'm pretty sure none of them would want to install any extra things.
What if I gave you the code from a working Google Spreadsheet? Will you be able to convert that into Excel 2010?

Has anyone got any ideas?

The add-in talked about is available at http://officepowerups.com/downloads/...premium-suite/.

It's still free for the first month. I use it, works just as I expected. Totally worth the quick install.
