LookUp Function for a set of Project Dates

    Hi there,

I have attached an example workbook for a project timeline I am trying to model:

    - Row 8 in Production Profile has a range of drilling rigs that go into operation in the month defined in Row 9
    - In the tab Development Schedule I would like to return a (1,0) number if that particular rig is operating in the month defined as above.

I have tried a SumIf function and a Lookup with no success.

    Any help greatly appreciated.
