Date formula help!

Hello,
I have a date in Cell A1 date assigned, in cell B1 I have date completed, in cell C1, I need to have a fomular that calculate how many days it took to complete the task not counting holidays and weekend. Your kind help is appreciated.

Have you looked at the NETWORKDAYS function? It ignores weekends and you can supply a holiday list to exclude those days from the calculation.
