Automatically Copy Content if Sheet Contains Certain Cells

My distributor provides me with a product list. For Example (I have in Sheet1)
Column A has Product Name
Column B has Product Number
Column C has wholesale pricing.

From the manufacture they have a list of products that need certain pricing. (Required Price List I have in Sheet2)
Example
Column A has Product Name
Column B has Product Number
Column C has required pricing.

Can excel locate the Product Number in Sheet1 Recognize it in Sheet2 and transfer the required price in a new row in Sheet1?
