search/match different colum/row and return the value if they match in the new column

Hi,
i like to set up formula in which i can search/match diff cell and return the value i want in a new cell. i attach below.
for example
i have first 3 column contain vendor A (with code) vendor B (with code) and month 1, 2

In other cell i have vendor A with amount per month.
what i want to have it at the column result they will search for me if the amount of vendor A with code match with the vendor A at the right side then the code will be shown up in the column result.
any one can help me pleas
