LOOKUP / VLOOKUP Errors

Help!!! I am sure there's something simple going on here, but I've looked at it too long and my brain is fried. I have two reports that I pull into a spreadsheet each month. One shows the salesperson associated with a sales order, the other does not. I need the backorder list (2nd sheet) to show the salesperson as well, so I am trying to make the backorder salesperson field look up the salesperson for that particular sales order number (column A) on the Order sheet. I tried several ways and always got a #REF error when it found a match. Can someone please figure out this one?

Aaaaannnndddd as soon as I gave up and asked for help I figured it out! LOL In case anyone tries to reference this one in the future, the formula that worked was =LOOKUP([@[SO/Proposal No.]],'Order'!$A$2:$A$20000,'Order'!$G$2:$G$20000)

I used rows 2 through 20000 to allow for future additions to the list.
