    Automatically deducting quantities from stock

I am using excel to manage inventory. I maintain a spreadsheet which has activity of each stock item. sometimes I create a mixture of 2 different stock items to sell. I enter the details of the mixture on another sub sheet. Is there a way in which the quantity that I use from each stock item gets deducted from the activity of that stock item simultaneously, without my having to go to the activity and doing it manually.

For each batch you produce, just go to Activity sheet and enter the date in the next available cell for both A/100 and A/101. The rest of the highlighted cells will be populated.

Thanks for the solution. But I did not understand why the cells are highlighted. Also how do I enter a normal sale like I have in the previous row.
