Need formula Index and Match that pulls data from column from another sheet

Need formula Index and Match that pulls data from column from another sheet.

1st sheet index 4 fields.
End calculation on 1st sheet
Search's 2nd sheet, match's the 4 fields trying to Match then inserts calculation results in another column on Sheet 2 into Sheet 1. If you can solve this problem, I will have additional calculations in the next 4-5 days to complete the data sheet.
