Hi
I need to be able to put X into column A on worksheet one (list) and have the information on that line copy into worksheet 2 (Card). However if i change the X to another line e.g. from 4 to 2 i need the information on line 2 to appear in worksheet 2 (card) instead. I have tried various IF formulas but cant seem to get it to work. Attached is a copy of the workbook

Try this version - and only use one x on your sheet "List"
This is the formula that I used in A2, and copied to all the other cells
=INDEX(List!$1:$65536,MATCH("x",List!$A:$A,FALSE),MATCH(A1,List!$1:$1,FALSE))
