Conditional Data Validation/Formatting

Hey All,

I am looking to create two dependent data-validation cells. In C3, there is a data validation list with two possible values (both text). Based on the value in cell C3, I would like to lock a cell so no data can be entered into it, and have a dependent data validation list in another. For example, for option 1 in C3, lock cell C4 and C5, and have a dependent list in C6. For option 2 in C2, lock cell C6 and C7 and have a dependent list in C4. The values entered in cell C6 or C4 will be auto-populated into a table in the next tab, but I'm comfortable with doing that, just stuck with the conditional lists.

I had been using the =Indirect(C2) formula, but these dependent lists are more than one word, so I am not able to name the group of cells. I have attached a file as an example. The yellow cells are the ones I am looking to put the lists in/lock. (All of the sources for the lists are on the "Data Management" tab)

Hopefully someone has some experience with this!
