    IF(Vlookup(Find Excel issue

Hello everyone! This might be a bit much to ask, but any help I can get for this would be greatly appreciated. I'll try to keep it as brief as possible. Attached is a sample of the file that I'm working on.

Basically, what I want to do is analyse the data by breaking it down. We have a number of investigators who work on cases and what I'm trying to figure out is which investigators are slackers and which cases need to be tended to.

    Goals:

    1. Have a summary of Aged cases (0-30,30-60,60-90, etc.). I think I already have this one down in the Buckets tab... but if you have suggestions, I'm all ears. You might be thinking, well you have duplicate cases... I fixed this issue and it does not reflect in this sample.

    2. From the summary of open aged cases, I want to break it down by region... Again, I think I have this one as seen in the Region Breakdown tab... btw I didn't finish the summary matrix. I just did one cell formula so you could see what I'm doing.

Next two are the problems I'm having...

    3. In the Bad Investigator tab, all I want to do is pull cases and their respective investigators name that are aged beyond a certain point (ie, 100 days) and that are still open. The one issue with this is that many cases can have more than one investigator and I would like to be able to pull all of them into that list. I would say vlookup is the way to go, but I don't know how I would make it work other than pulling all of the case numbers to the tab and then filtering them out... I just feel there has to be a cleaner way.

    4. For this tab, I just want to pull a list of all cases and the investigators name who has closed their case, but has not done so in the system (e.g., row 12).... Again, I have figured a pretty ugly way to do this, but I wanted to see if anyone else had any other suggestions.

Again, I know this is a tall order, but whatever you guys/gals can give me, I'd really appreciate it.
