Convert names to email address

Hi
I've two columns, one being the first name and the second being the last name.
Is there a way that I can convert these two columns into the correct format for the email address ?
Rather than having to manually do this. I'd appreciate any help.

What is the correct format for the e-mail address?
Maybe something like:
=A1&"."&B1&"@Meger5.com"
will get you started

Both of my columns go to 3500 approx, do I need to input that anywhere ?

Put it in row 1 and then copy down as neccessary.
