If you buy 26 pallets worth of CLEANER, you get 60 cases of SPONGES free.
so what I want to show is , how many SPONGES do you get free if you buy 25 Pallets of CLEANER

With 26 in A1 and counting downwards in that column, and with 60 in B1, in B2:

    =60/A$1*A2

    copied down.

Hi, and welcome to the forum.

How many cases of sponges do you get free if you do buy 25, 24,23, etc.. pallets of Cleaner, and more importantly is there a rule that alllows you to caclulate the number or is there no direct relationship?

It keeps the cell reference as A1, whereas the other cell reference will change as you copy it down.
