Help currency translation

Please see attached.

What I am trying to do is from cell c2 downwards (and this is just a sample it's much longer list)is convert the billing curency into GBP (pounds) based on the values in sheet fx A4:P4

Is there an easy way to do this please?

To confirm the in billing currency need to be multiplied by values in b4-p4 on fx sheet
