How to count between Date, event, and time.

Thank you for providing me the correct protocol.
My question is as followed. How do I count the Daily occurrences of an event that are happening per each hour interval in a 24 hour period, over a date range. The provided raw data is presented as date and then separately as occurrence time.
Ex:
Column A| Column B|
03/01/2014| 05:20 AM
03/01/2014| 06:00 AM
03/01/2014| 06:00 AM
03/01/2014| 07:30 AM
03/01/2014| 08:32 AM
03/01/2014| 08:55 AM
03/01/2014| 09:00 AM
03/01/2014| 10:38 AM
03/01/2014| 10:43 AM
03/01/2014| 10:56 AM

The desired output is
Date| Time| Occurrence
3/01/2014| 05:00| 1
3/01/2014| 06:00| 0
