New to this forum.

I've attached a sample worksheet for reference.

What I basically want to do is move all of the information from row 3 to row 2 according to the headers. I was wondering if it was possible to use some kind of IF, COUNT, SUM, formula to pull the information.

I'd like to create a formula that will allow me to search by A2 or B2 (name or email) and if another row (in this case row 3) contains the same name or email as A2 or B2, to then pull the close date in D3 and move the close date to H2.

I simplified the worksheet but I'd need to be able to use this on about 2,000 rows, so I'd like to be able to create some kind of SUMIF formula that will allow me to search IF a name or email exists, THEN pull the specified information and move it to a specified cell.

Let me know if this doesn't make any sense and I will clarify further.
