Conditional Formula: Value AND Cell Color

I'm struggling to work out how to highlight a cell if it's value is more/less than x AND it is a certain color.

How do I get Excel to recognise the color of the cell?

Press Alt + O + D
Click New Rule
Select Format Only Cells That Contain
