Golf Standing Not Summing Correctly

Hello,

I'm running a golf league & it has a point system that will assign points for pars, birdies, eagles, etc. It will also assign points for 1st place, 2nd place, etc. I need to sum these points together to get the total. Sounds real simple but I can't figure out why it's not summing all the rows. And that is where I now.

In the attached workbook on the Week 10 Standings Sheet I want for example:
B3:O3 to sum in P3.
But on my sheet, it will not add in B3 & I3:O3. It's only adding C3:H3.

I know this is going to be a simple fix, but I can't figure it out.
