Question How do I maintain data values while removing external links?

I have a large (25 tabs) workbook that contains external links to other data sources on our Local Area Network (LAN). I need to send the information and reports in that workbook to another person who does not have access to our LAN, which means the links will not work. Is it possible to convert all of the formulas within the workbook to value-only entries, without copying and pasting each page individually?

This is in alpha test, so no rush on an answer.

    Thanks.

I think Save As your workbook and remove data source connection. It should leave data intact.
