Hi DevilonLine,
Are you really still using XL2003, or is your profile out of date?
You can highlight the cells below Jonh and in the Names box, type Jonh. (This is the white box above the row headings. Press enter. You have now named the range.
Select the range of cells you want the drop down list to appear.
Under Data, select Validation, in the Allow box, select List
Now in the Source box type =Jonh then press OK.
YOu will now have a drop down list in all the cells you had selected.
Repeat the process for the other lists.
