column B will automatically populate the month depending on the date in column A

    column B will automatically populate the month depending on the date in column A

    If column A will be column for dates, I want B to automatically pupulate the month in the column B. I need it as text, not number because I will concatenate the data

    for ex:

    25-01-2010 = jan
    25-08-2011 = aug
