Worksheet with Page numbers starting from a set number

    Hi

Not something i've ever had to do before as i generally work with data sheets, i'm creating a document to print but need the page number to start from a set value and not default "1" of "10" etc,

I need it to start from say "5" of "15" rather than the "1" of "10",

Its simple to do in Word, but like i say not something i've ever had to think about in Excel

    any help greatly appreciated, thanks
    Adi

Include 4 extra rows at the top of your print range, insert a pagebreak below each of those rows, then print pages 5-15.

    Bernie's solution is excellent.

Alternatively you can allegedly change the starting page number in the header or footer:

thanks Bernie Deitrick, it would work but when it would be starting at page 100, it would be a pain.

LJMetzger, i've tried it and succeeded in getting the page numbers to be offset using the link, for the time being it was just a numeric value, but given time to mess around with it, you could get text into it as well

    thanks

just add +X after the page command in the footer tab to increase the starting number by X number of pages.
For example, to start on page 6:
    PAGE &[Page]+5
