How to create a frequency table using excel ?

why after I create frequency table I get all 0 values ?!

from histogram input choose the data , and bin I choose probability

Please upload example workbook directly here, on forum (not external link).

Make sure there is just enough data to make it clear what is needed. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are demonstrated, mock them up manually if needed. Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.

Iam conducting a risk analysis for a product , I needed to create a frequency table so I can make a decision , but the problem is the output all 0 , does that mean am doing it wrong , or it miss extra information ?!

I didn't write them , I use data analysis -> Histogram and I put my input number of units for product 2 , and bin is the probability

to be honest I don't know what the data or output should be because it is a question given by my professor
