Getting Different Rounding Results - Identical Numbers

So I'm working on a spreadsheets where the numbers are supposed to be rounded to the third decimal place. I have the entire column set to "Number" and decimal places set to 3. I noticed that there was an instance where there there three identical numbers and one was rounded differently. I expanded the number of decimal places thinking there's differences at the 4th or 5th decimal but nope - they're identical.

Here's what I'm talking about:
.0445000 -> .045
.0445000 -> .044
.0445000 -> .044

Any help much appreciated.
