Autopopulate certain cells based on the value of a particular cell

Hello forum,

I would like to be able to autopopulate certain cells based on the value of a particular cell.

I have attached a sample workbook.

Pretty much I need E2:I7 to be populated based on the values of the Column D.

So based on the example from the workbook, I want the value from C2 to autopopulate F2 because the value of on D2 matches the title of column F.

I may be talking gibberish, but that's because I'm pretty new at this.
