ActiveX Button not working the way it should

Hi!!!
I have a workbook that has an ActiveX Button that opens another Workbook when clicked. It was working perfectly fine earlier. After clicking the button the linked workbook would open separately, but now when I click on the Button the linked file opens up but closes the Main File that contains the link.
Any help on how to resolve this problem would be great...

Hi!!
Please help with this... I'll try and explain better... On Workbook 'A', I have a button that opens another Workbook 'B'. Now, earlier when the button was clicked, both Workbook 'A' and Workbook 'B' used to be open.
But now, when the button is clicked on Workbook 'A', Workbook 'B' opens but Workbook 'A' closes.
I want both the Workbooks open.
I hope I have explained it well.

Workbook 'A' is open. This is the file that has a button, which when clicked opens Workbook 'B'.
Earlier this was working perfectly. When the button was clicked Workbook 'A' would remain OPEN and Workbook 'B' would Open too. So, basically I used to have two Workbooks open at the same time.
But now, when the button is clicked, Workbook 'B' opens up but Workbook 'A' closes. So now only one Workbook is open.
I want both the Workbooks Open.

paste your code or your macro associated with the Activex button

i believe your code is not working properly
the fact it worked earlier is probably due coincidence rather than coding

is that the complete code?

there should no reason for your workbook to close with that code
is there some code on workbook B that runs automatically to close workbook A?

alternatively
have you run Workbook A thru debug to see where it closes your current workbook?

Thanks for your time... There is no code that closes Workbook 'A'...
And after running it through Debug, it closes when the End Sub runs....
